November is starting! Now that it's getting chillier, throw those summer clothes away in your closet, and go shopping! You saw some absolute essentials in the last post, so be sure to get all of those. Another look to try, one that will be featured a lot in this post, is the layored look. Get a hoodie and a tank top and create a layored look. You can find great hoodies at Pink.
Outfit of the Week: Try wearing a tank top (great tank tops atAeropostale) with a long short sleeved sweater with skinny jeans tucked into grey suede boots. This look is chic and polished at the same time, and the boots add a cool touch. You will hear WAY more about suede boots in this post.
Hairstyle of the Week: Ultra-glossy. You can acheive this by using a great shampoo and conditioner. I reccomend Garnier Fructis. They also have great hairspray that gives your hair natural-looking movement, while holding your style in place. They also have an amazing shine spray that makes your hair super-glossy
Accessory of the Week: Hats! They totally add that finishing touch to your outfit and the best thing is - bad hair day? No prob! Just get a hat and adjust it and make sure it looks good.
What Not to Wear: Short vests! Get real, vests are so last year. The only acceptable kind is a long sweater vest, which doesn't really count, since it's a sweater. So leave your vests in the trash bin and get some new essentials.
Style time! First of all, I got this amazing pair of grey suede boots. And suede is IN. Get suede boots and suede purses. This is super-trendy!
Tops: Sweaters, sweaters, and more sweaters! Forget about old cardigans, get a long sweater and wear it over your favorite tank top!
Skinny jeans are still in! The darker, the better.
BOOTS! Boots are majorly in style. Tall Ugg boots, knit boots, and suede boots are the best kind. and maybe some black leather.
For outerwear get a fitted peacoat with two or three buttons. Majorly IN!

New trends!!
Hey, I have decided that I am going to add something new to Trends to Try. What not to wear. This is the stuff that is OUT of style and the stuff you should throw away and never buy again. So you know what not to wear. So let's get this party started with the Outfit of the Week.
Outfit of the Week: V-necks are in! Try a white V-neck sweater and dark wash skinny jeans tucked into Ugg boots. This look is totally in style.
Hairstyle of the Week: Straightened!!! Straighten your hair for the day, it really brings out the natural highlights in your hair!
Accesory of the Week: SCARVES! Buy lots! Make them go with your outfit! There are some really cute ones at Claire's. Note: don't buy the magic scarf. It is OUT.
What not to wear: Skirts over jeans. Really? It looks horrible and it's a trend that has NEVER been in style. So why do people wear it? Who knows, but YOU shouldn't. If it's too cold to just wear a skirt, get tights or leggings. (This looks very good with Ugg boots)

Back to School!
Hey, sorry I haven't posted, but school started :(
Some of you might have it starting next week but I start this week. And so now... I need to help you with your back-to-school outfit! Since this is a very special week (new school year!!!) I will include TWO sets of outfits, accesories, and hair-styles of the week. This following one is your ultimate first-day-back outfit.

Hairstyle of the Week: Just plain down! On the first day of school, do your hair just natural so people will see it for how it really is before you straighten/curl it.

Hairstyle of the Week: A Ponytail Bun w/ Sunglasses
How To: Make a ponytail bun but leave a few strands of hair loose and out of the bun. (If you have sidebangs let them fall loose.) If you want, you can spritz it with some hairspray, but this is not a must. Then, you place your sunglasses on top of your head but behind the loose strands of hair. This style is great for a day at the beach or the pool.
